Giorgi Tomaradze

For me, independence means freedom. When I move around the city on my own, go to the studio, or take care of things at home by myself, I feel confident and fulfilled. I also love working with clay independently. Although my teacher supports me when something is difficult, I always try first to overcome challenges on my own.

 

 

This determination shapes how I relate to others as well. I am very communicative and enjoy reaching out to help people. That is why, in addition to playing the dayereh (a frame drum) and shaker in the para-orchestra, I have been entrusted with a leadership role—helping keep the group organized as we travel to and from rehearsals. My active life also includes rugby. Our team traveled to Paris this last year, where we took first place and returned home as champions!
